摘要
进入新时代后,全国各乡村积极开展生态治理实践,当前农村生态治理面临着治理理念的落后、治理制度尚不完善、农民的参与度不高等问题。因此,新时代农村生态治理应转变落后观念,坚持自治、德治、法治相结合,尊重农民的主体地位,强调多元主体参与。
In the new era,the national rural are actively carrying out ecological management practices.At present,rural ecological management is faced with problems such as backward concepts,imperfect governance systems and low participation of farmers.Therefore,rural ecological management in the new era should change the backward concept;adhere to the combination of autonomy,rule of virtue and rule of law;respect the subject status of farmers and emphasize the multi-participation.
