摘要
在乡村振兴战略驱动之下,农村生态社区建设正在如火如荼地展开,但是在调查研究中发现,农村生态社区建设存在着同质化严重、方法手段单一以及农民主动性和自觉性不高等问题,针对这些问题,农村生态社区建设应增强大局意识,提高对农村生态社区建设的重要性认识;坚持以人为本,尊重农民的主体地位;做到因地制宜,科学合理规划;加强立法,加大对农村环境的监管。
Under the strategy of rural revitalization,rural ecological community construction is carrying out,but founding in the study,the construction of rural ecological community is faced with homogeneity serious,single method and means and farmers'initiative and self-consciousness is not high.To solve these problems,rural ecological community construction should strengthen the consciousness of overall situation,improve understanding of the importance of the construction of rural ecological community;adhere to the people-oriented,respect the main position of farmers;take measures according to local conditions,scientific and reasonable planning;strengthen legislation and increase the supervision of the rural environment.
