基于“互联网+”的创新创业空间资源评价系统构建 被引量:5

摘要 基于互联网+的创新创业空间对高校教育生态系统,乃至全国经济发展系统均产生战略性影响,准确的资源评价是基于互联网+的创新创业空间发展的基础保障。该文构建基于互联网+的创新创业空间资源评价系统,基于实际调研结果,以物力、人力、财力、服务体系的资源配置和孵化服务成效为核心构建资源评价指标体系,获取各指标相关数据后,利用层次分析法和熵值法分别对各指标进行主观赋权和客观赋权,综合主、客观权重计算各指标综合权重,基于综合权重计算综合评价指数,评估资源等级。以基于互联网+的创新创业空间为研究对象,采用该文系统进行研究对象资源评价,结果显示该评价系统能够准确评价研究对象资源状态,且基于评价结果可从时间维度与空间维度中分析研究对象发展趋势,利于研究对象的发展与管理。 As the innovation and entrepreneurship space based on Internet Plus initiative has a strategic impact on the university education ecosystem and even the national economic development system,and the accurate resource evaluation is the basic guarantee for the development of innovation and entrepreneurship space based on Internet Plus initiative,the resource evaluation system for innovation and entrepreneurship space based on Internet Plus initiative is constructed.Based on the results of practical investigation,the resource assessment indicator system is established by taking the resource allocation and incubation service effectiveness of material resources,human resources,financial resources and service system as the core.After obtaining the relevant data of each index,the analytic hierarchy process and entropy method are used to make subjective and objective weighting for each index.The comprehensive weight of each index is calculated by integrating the subjective and objective weights,the comprehensive evaluation index is calculated based on the comprehensive weight,and the degree of resource is evaluated.This system was used for the resource evaluation of the research object by taking the innovation and entrepreneurship space based on Internet Plus initiative as the research object.The results show that the evaluation system can accurately evaluate the resource status of a research object,and the development trend of the research object can be analyzed from the time dimension and spatial dimension according to the evaluation results,which is conducive to the development and management of the research object.
