摘要
该文以宁波第二技师学院创新创业社团为例展开分析,其在实际运转过程中,遇到了社团成员流失率高、学生自治效果差、评价体系不适配等问题。为此,该校创新创业社团教学团队积极开展“岗课赛证”融合的育人模式探索,有效提高了社员留存率与社团育人效果,全面推动创新创业社团高质量发展,也为其他学校创新创业社团工作的推进提供了参考。
Taking the innovation and entrepreneurship association of Ningbo Second Technician College as an example,in the actual operation process,it encountered three problems:high loss rate of community members,poor effect of student autonomy,and unsuitable evaluation system.For this reason,the teaching team of the innovation and entrepreneurship association of the school actively carried out a new exploration of the education mode of"post course competition certificate"integration.It have effectively improved the retention rate of members and the effectiveness of associations in educating people,comprehensively promoted the high-quality development of innovation and entrepreneurship associations,and also provided a reference for the promotion of innovation and entrepreneurship associations in other schools.
