褐煤中腐植酸纯化工艺研究 被引量:6

Study on the purification process of humic acid from lignite

摘要 为解决腐植酸纯度低、品质差的问题,以多次纯化法、去灰分法、络合法及组合纯化法对褐煤源腐植酸进行处理,借助FTIR、XRD和UV-Vis对已纯化腐植酸产品的结构和性能进行测定。结果表明,以去灰分法和络合法组合的组合纯化法得到的总腐植酸和游离腐植酸产率较高,纯化效果较好。FTIR分析表明,各种纯化方法得到的腐植酸结构并未发生明显改变;XRD结果显示,去灰分法和络合法组合的组合纯化法纯化效果较好;UV-Vis测试结果表明,纯化得到的腐植酸E_(4)/E_(6)值较低,芳香度和分子量较高,腐殖化程度较高。 To solve the problem of low purity and poor quality of humic acid,lignite source humic acid was treated by multiple purification,deashing,complexation and combined purification,and the structure and properties of purified humic acid were determined by FTIR,XRD and UV-Vis.The results showed that the yield of total humic acid and free humic acid obtained by the combination purification method of ash removal method and complexation method were higher and the purification effect was better.FTIR showed that the structure of humic acid obtained by various purification methods did not change significantly;XRD showed that the combined purification method of ash removal method and complexation method had better purification effect.The results of UV-Vis test showed that the purified humic acid E_(4)/E_(6)value was lower,aromaticity and molecular weight were higher,and humification degree was higher.
