摘要 文章综述了目前用于水产品酶解液中的重金属脱除技术,重点介绍了吸附法、络合法、螯合树脂法、膜分离法脱除水产品的酶解液中重金属的原理及其应用,比较了各种重金属脱除方法的优缺点,并对水产品的酶解液中的重金属脱除技术进行了展望。 The removal technologies of heavy metals from enzymatic hydrolysates of aquatic products were reviewed in this paper.The principle and application of adsorption,complexation,chelating resin and membrane separation methods for removing heavy metals from hydrolysates of aquatic products were emphatically introduced.The advantages and disadvantages of various methods were compared,and the removal technology of heavy metals from the hydrolysate of aquatic products was prospected.
