摘要
用黄孢原毛平革菌(PC菌)对光氧化预处理神府煤进行了生物转化研究。采用元素分析、腐殖酸含量测定、红外分析,以及对降解后残液的紫外分析等分析方法研究了神府煤生物转化残煤的组成和结构,对比了氧气及氧气与氨气混合气体对紫外光氧化预处理的神府煤生物转化性能的影响。结果表明,紫外氧化预处理可以促进神府煤的生物转化。与单纯氧气氛相比,氨气存在下,光氧化预处理可更有效地促进神府煤的生物转化。
The bioconversion of Shenfu coal by Phanerochaete chrysosporium (PC) was studied. The Shenfu raw coal has been pretreated by the method of photo-oxidation. The composition and structure of the residues of photo-oxidated coals oxidized by PC were analyzed by elemental analysis, humic content determination, FTIR and UV-Vis. And the impact on bioconversion of Shenfu coal pretreated by ultraviolet light with pure O2 was. contrasted with that pretreated by ultraviolet light with O2/NH3. The results showed that the photo-oxidation treatment of Shenfu coal is an effective method to improve bioconversion of Shenfu coal by PC. Furthermore, Shenfu coal pretreated by ultraviolet light with O2/NH3 is more effective than that pretreated by ultraviolet light with pure O2.
