摘要
为了对切顶卸压沿空留巷无煤柱开采技术理论更深层次的理解,结合110工法,探索了沿空留巷无煤柱开采技术实施过程中的关键技术“拉得住、切得开、下得来、护得住”,同时以马兰矿为研究背景,介绍了对切顶卸压沿空留巷无煤柱开采技术在应用过程中的这些关键核心问题的思考。研究表明,切顶卸压沿空留巷无煤柱开采技术的应用,有效实现了降低巷道顶板周期来压强度、降低采空区瓦斯浓度、降低煤炭自燃概率的效果,切顶卸压沿空留巷无煤柱开采技术已在我国多个矿井得以实施,有效地提高了煤炭资源回收率,降低生产成本,有效践行科技减人的战略。
In order to have a deeper understanding of the theory of non pillar mining technology for gob side entry retaining under pressure cutting,combined with 110 working method,this paper explores the key technologies in the implementation process of gob side entry retaining without coal pillar mining technology,such as"pull hold,cut open,get down,protect".At the same time,taking Malan Coal Mine as the research background,this paper introduces the application process of non pillar mining technology in gob side entry retaining with top cutting and pressure relief Thinking about these key core issues.The research shows that the application of no pillar mining technology in gob side entry retaining under roof cutting pressure effectively reduces the periodic weighting strength of roadway roof,reduces the gas concentration in goaf and reduces the probability of coal spontaneous combustion.The technology of no pillar mining has been implemented in many mines in China,which can effectively improve the recovery rate of coal resources,reduce the production cost,and effectively to implement the strategy of reducing manpower through science and technology.
