摘要
为促进无煤柱开采技术的应用发展,介绍了一种切顶卸压自动成巷无煤柱开采技术。分析了其工作原理及顶板控制技术,总结了主要技术特点,提出了煤矿切顶卸压无煤柱开采技术的具体设计方案,包括:顶板双向预裂爆破设计、切顶高度与角度设计、巷内与巷旁支护设计,并通过应用事例分析了其应用效果,促进无煤柱开采技术的推广应用。
In order to promote the application and development of non pillar mining technology,an automatic roadway forming technology without coal pillar by cutting roof and relieving pressure was introduced.Its working principle and roof control technology was analyzed,the main technical characteristics were summarized,and the specific design scheme of coal mine roof cutting and pressure relief coal pillar free mining technology was put forward,including roof bidirectional pre splitting blasting design,roof cutting height and angle design,roadway and roadside support design,and its application effect was analyzed through application examples,so as to promote the popularization and application of coal pillar free mining technology.
