摘要
为提高曹庄煤矿面临的工作面采出率底及巷道利用率低的问题,设计在该矿的121采区进行沿空留巷技术应用实验,通过工程类比并依据具体的地质条件设计详细的支护措施,理论分析计算表明采用架棚和单体液压支护配合实现沿空留巷具有可行性,现场应用及矿压监测结果表明12104运输巷留巷支护完成后,两帮移近量最大为113mm,顶底板最大移近量为225mm,断面收缩率约为16%,经过修复后可以满足使用,成功的应用了沿空留巷技术。
In order to improve the mining face rate and low utilization rate of the working face faced by Caozhuang Coal Mine,the application of the roadway retaining technology in the 121 mining area of the mine was designed,and the engineering analogy was designed according to the specific geological conditions.Supporting measures,theoretical analysis and calculations show that it is feasible to use the shed and the single hydraulic support to achieve the roadway along the empty road.The field application and mine pressure monitoring results show that after the completion of the 12104 transport lane retaining road support,the two sets of approaching amount The maximum is 113mm,the maximum displacement of the top and bottom plates is 225mm,and the reduction ratio of the section is about 16%.After repairing,it can be used satisfactorily.
