摘要
目的分析基本药物制度改革前后妇幼保健系统内儿童基本药物的使用情况,制定相关措施促进儿童基本药物的优先使用。方法依靠合理用药系统点评2018~2019年重庆市10所妇幼保健院儿童使用基本药物的情况,每月随机抽取100张儿童处方进行严格点评,对基本药物使用金额、品种数和使用率逐个进行分析,对比改革前后的差异。结果基本药物制度改革后,10所妇幼保健院儿童基本药物使用品种比例有所上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);儿童基本药物使用金额平均比例有所上升,浮动较大,但差异无统计学意义。结论妇幼系统儿童基本药物使用有所上升,但以输液为主,因此需要制定相关措施加大儿童基本药物的临床使用,保障患者合理用药,减轻患者的经济负担。
Objective To analyze the application of essential drugs in pediatrics in maternal and child health care system before and after the reform of essential drug system,and to develop measures to promote the use of essential drugs with priority for children.Methods Based on the rational drug use system to evaluate the use of essential drugs in 10 maternal and child health care centers in Chongqing city from 2018 to 2019,100 children′s prescriptions were randomly selected every month for strict evaluation in terms of basic drug use amount,variety and use rate.The differences were analyzed and compared before and after the reform.Results The proportion of children using essential drugs in 10 maternal and child health care institutions decreased after the reform of the basic drug system,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the average proportion of children′s essential drug use increased,the fluctuation was large,the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion The use of children′s essential medicines in the maternal and child health care system has increased,but most of the varieties are infusion liquids.Therefore,measures need to be taken to increase the clinical use of children′s essential medicines to ensure reasonable drug use and to reduce the financial burden on patients.
