摘要
目的:比较我院2019年基本药物目录与国家基本药物目录(2018版)的异同,了解我院基本药物目录情况,为我院基本药物目录调整提供建议和参考。方法:采用描述性分析的方法,比较我院基本药物目录与国家基本药物目录(2018版)各类药物之间品种数差异,根据差异,结合我院疾病谱及循证医学证据对拟增加的基本药物品种提出建议。结果:我院的国家基本药物配备率为51.24%,其中化学药品配备率67.15%,高于中成药配备率26.49%;化学药物分类对比中我院基本药物配备率超80%的有12类(46.15%),不足80%的有14类(53.85%);建议增加相关基本药物品种48种(化学药品31种、中成药17种)。结论:我院基本药物配备率较低,调整后有所提高。国家基本药物制度的实施需要进一步加强,完善相应的配套制度,促进国家基本药物的应用。
Objective: To compare the National Essential Medicine List(2018 edition) and our hospital’s essential medicine list in 2019,so as to provide evidence for the adjustment in our list.Methods: The differences in the essential medicine number between our hospital’s essential medicine catalogue and the national essential medicine catalogue were compared by descriptive analysis,and suggestions were put forward for increasing the number of essential medicines according to the differences,disease spectrum of our hospital and evidence-based evidence.Results: The allocation rate of national essential medicines in our hospital was 51.24%,and among them,the allocation rate of chemical medicines was 67.15%,which was higher than that of Chinese patent medicines(26.49%).There are 12 categories(46.15%) with the allocation rate over 80% in our hospital’s essential medicine list,and 14 categories(53.85%) with the allocation rate less than 80%.Totally 48 kinds of essential medicines(31 chemical medicines and 17 Chinese patent medicines) were suggested to supplement in our list.Conclusion: The allocation rate of essential medicines in our hospital was relatively low,and has been improved after the adjustment.The implementation of national essential medicines system needs to be further strengthened,and the corresponding supporting system should be improved to promote the application of national essential medicines.
