贵阳市少年儿童图书馆型钢混凝土结构施工关键技术 被引量:1

摘要 型钢混凝土结构作为高层或超高层建筑的重要承重部件,其优点在于能将型钢和钢筋混凝土的优点集中起来,因此在建筑领域得到广泛应用。贵阳市少年儿童图书馆型钢混凝土结构施工中面临主横梁连接精度低、大跨度型钢梁安装困难、高空悬挑结构施工质量不易控制等问题,导致现场施工效率低下,严重影响整体施工进度。从型钢梁与主横梁连接新工艺、大跨度型钢梁安装、悬挑结构临时支撑设置及脚手架搭设等方面进行技术创新与改进,确保了型钢混凝土结构施工质量与安全。 As an important load-bearing component of tall or super tall buildings,steel reinforced concrete structures are widely used in the field of construction because of their ability to concentrate the advantages of steel and reinforced concrete. The construction of steel reinforced concrete structure in Guiyang Children’s Library is faced with the problems of low precision of main cross beam connection,difficult installation of long-span section steel beam and difficult control of construction quality of high-altitude cantilever structure,which lead to low construction efficiency and seriously affect the overall construction progress. Technical innovation and improvement of the new technology of connecting section steel beam and main cross beam,installation of long-span section steel beam,temporary support setting of cantilever structure and erection of scaffold are carried out in this paper,which ensures the construction quality and safety of steel reinforced concrete structure.
