常洪沉管隧道接头施工技术 被引量:7

CONSTRUCTION TECHNIQUE OF JOINTS FOR CHANGHONG IMMERSED TUBE TUNNEL

摘要 管段接头是沉管隧道的重要环节.首先,要满足水密性要求,即在施工阶段和日后运营阶段不渗漏;其次,应具有抵抗各种作用的能力,这些作用包括各种荷载和强迫变形,诸如地震、温度和地基变形等;最后,要求受力明确、方便施工和保证施工质量.根据常洪沉管隧道管段接头的构造形式和功能要求,介绍了接头2道止水带的选型依据和安装工艺,描述了接头其他构造如剪切键等的制作方法,特别叙述了接头中钢拉索的构造形式、安装工艺和防腐耐火措施。同时,介绍了常洪沉管隧道最终接头的施工方法。 Tube joint is an important part of immersed tube tunnel.First,the request of water tightness should be met,i.e.no seepage during and after the construction stage.Then,the joint should be of the ability of resisting to all physical actions,such as various load and deformation,earthquake,and temperature variation etc.Finally, a definite knowledge of loaded regime,convenient operation and quality ensurence.Based on element joint structure details and functional requirements,the basic criteria are presented of choosing the types of two courses of water stop strips and operation skills,and other structure features of element joint are described,such as shear key fabrication method,especially the structure features of steel cables on the joint,operation experience and anti-erosion and fire proof measures.At the same time,the construction method is presented of the final joint in Changhong immersed tube tunnel.
