150吨电传动自卸车操纵稳定性仿真分析 被引量:1

摘要 针对150吨级电传动自卸车,采用动力学仿真的方法,运用SIMPACK软件建立详细的自卸车整车动力学仿真模型,参照相应标准,设置仿真工况,通过稳态回转仿真、转向盘角阶跃输入仿真、转向回正仿真以及蛇行仿真对其操纵稳定性进行分析评价。仿真结果表明建立的150吨电传动自卸车整车模型可以较为准确的反映其动力学性能,操纵稳定性评价指标均合格,操纵稳定性符合设计要求。 Taking the 150t electric drive dump truck as the research object,a detailed dynamic simulation model of dump truck was established by using the SIMPACK software with the dynamic simulation method.Referring to the corresponding standards,the simulation conditions were set up.The steady static circular test simulation,steering transient response test simulation,steering return test simulation and pylon course slalom test simulation were conduc-ted to analyze and evaluate the manipulation stability of the dump truck.The simulation results show that the detailed dynamic simulation model of 150 tons electric drive dump truck can accurately reflect its dynamic characteristics.Be-sides,the evaluation indexes of manipulation stability are all qualified,thus the manipulation stability meets the de-sign requirements.
