摘要
为了使车架在结构强度和布局上更好的满足整车要求,减少设计周期和成本,通过对传统车架结构进行改进,提出了一种使用后桥独立悬架的新型110t非公路矿用自卸车车架结构,将传统车架后部纵梁由向内收窄变为向外扩宽同时去掉了尾部抗扭管,并使用HyperMesh和ANSYS建立了三维有限元模型,计算其在不同工况下的应力分布情况。结果表明,该新型车架质量较轻,且应力分布更合理,强度更高,同时内部空间更大,整车零部件布局更加灵活,为矿用自卸车提供了新的设计思路和相关参考。
In order to obtain higher strength, more inner space, lower time-consumption and lower cost, a novel fiame of 11Ot off-road dump truck with independent rear suspensions which has a wide rear part and eliminate rear torsional beam was proposed through improving traditional frame. After developing the 3D finite element model based on HyperMesh and ANSYS, the stress status in different working conditions had been calculated. Aecording to the result, this new frame is light, strong and spacious. A new scheme of dump truck design is provided.
