摘要
膀胱癌是泌尿系统常见的恶性肿瘤之一。传统的膀胱癌治疗复发率高、副作用大,因此需要更有效的治疗方法。纳米给药系统为膀胱癌的治疗带来了新的曙光。本文就近年来针对膀胱癌报道的纳米给药系统的类型进行综述,主要包括靶向给药系统、抑制血管生成、抗多药耐药、免疫检查点干扰以及光动力学治疗五个方面。
Bladder cancer is one of the common malignant tumors in the urinary system.Traditional bladder cancer treatment has a high recurrence rate and large side effects,and thus more effective treatment methods are required.Nano-drug delivery systems bring a new light to the treatment of bladder cancer.This article reviews the types of nano-drug delivery systems for bladder cancer,re⁃ported in recent years,in terms of the targeted drug delivery systems,inhibition of angiogenesis,anti-multidrug resistance,immune checkpoint interference,and photodynamic therapy.
