摘要
苦参碱能抑制人口腔鳞状细胞癌Tca8113细胞、SCC-9细胞、人涎腺腺样囊性癌ACC-M细胞、喉癌Hep-2细胞、KB细胞、KBV200细胞、人甲状腺癌乳头状细胞-1(TPC-1)的增殖并诱导其凋亡;苦参碱还能增强5-氟尿嘧啶或顺铂抗多药耐药KBV200细胞的作用;氧化苦参碱能抑制Hep-2细胞的增殖并诱导其凋亡。文中综述苦参碱和氧化苦参碱对口腔癌及喉癌和甲状腺癌的药理作用的文献,并对其研究进展做了分析。文中该作者还建议将苦参碱和氧化苦参碱用于COVID-19的防治。
Matrine inhibits proliferation and induces apoptosis in association with dosage on human oral squamous cell carcinoma Tca8113 cells, SCC-9 cells, and human salivary gland adenoid cystic carcinoma ACC-M cells, as well as laryngocarcinoma Hep-2 cells, KB cells, KBV200 cells, and human thyroid papillary carcinoma-1(TPC-1) cells. Matrine enhances the effects of 5-fluorouracil or cisplatin against multi-drug-resistant KBV200 cells. Oxymatrine inhibits proliferation and induces apoptosis in association with dosage on Hep-2 cells. In this paper, the literatures of pharmacological effects of matrine and oxymatrine on oral cancer, laryngeal cancer and thyroid cancer are reviewed, and its research progress is also analyzed. The authors also recommend the use of matrine and oxymatrine for COVID-19 prevention and control.
