摘要
针对当前部分学生存在意志力薄弱、心理承受力差等问题,在体育教学中探讨了情绪宣泄法、快乐教学法、情境转移法、合作竞争法和极限挑战法等挫折教育方法,并提出创设丰富情境、还原生活案例、合理设置目标和加强师生交流等一系列举措,有效改善了学生心理状态,引导学生更好地实现情绪控制.
In view of the problems of weak willpower and poor psychological endurance of some students,this paper discussed the emotional catharsis method,happy teaching method,situational transference method,cooperative competition method and ultimate challenge method and the other frustration education methods in the sports teaching.And it proposed a series of strategies including creating the rich situation,restoring life cases,setting up the reasonable goals and strengthening the communication between teachers and students to improve the students’mental state effectively and guide the students to achieve the emotional control better.
