摘要
p38促分裂原活化的蛋白激酶(MAPK)信号通路是细胞内信息传递的主要信号通路之一,可调节细胞生长、分化、炎症、压力刺激、凋亡等多种病理生理过程,其过度激活或表达减少会导致各种疾病的发生发展,包括肝脏疾病。p38 MAPK信号通路与肝炎、肝纤维化、肝癌等常见肝病有密切关系,这些慢性肝病对患者健康、社会经济等各方面造成严重影响,基于p38 MAPK信号通路在肝脏疾病中的作用,调控p38 MAPK信号通路可能成为治疗肝脏疾病的新靶点,对寻找慢性肝病新的治疗方式有重要意义。
p38 mitogen activated protein kinase(MAPK)signal transduction pathway is one of the main pathways in the cells,which can regulate various pathophysiological processes such as cell proliferation,differentiation,inflammation,stress,and apoptosis.The excessive activation or decreased expression of p38 MAPK leads to various diseases,including liver diseases.A large number of studies have shown that the p38 MAPK signaling pathway is closely related to common liver diseases such as hepatitis,liver fibrosis and liver cancer which have serious impacts on the patients′health and social economy.Based on the role of p38 MAPK signaling pathway in liver diseases,it suggests that regulation of the p38 MAPK signaling pathway may become a new therapeutic target,and is of great significance for the search of new treatments for chronic liver diseases.
