摘要
加强和改进地方政府绩效管理,对建立廉洁高效、人民满意的服务型政府,实现国家治理体系与治理能力现代化具有重要的现实意义。应构建以监察部门为核心主体的绩效评估主体体系、科学的绩效评估指标体系、便捷的绩效评估操作程序和改革绩效管理体制机制,打造特色鲜明的地方政府绩效管理模式,提升政府治理效能。
Strengthening and improving the performance management of local government is of great practical significance to establish a clean and efficient service-oriented government and realize the modernization of national governance system and governance ability.Through the construction of performance evaluation subject system with supervision department as the core body,scientific performance evaluation index system,convenient performance evaluation operation procedures and reform of performance management system and mechanism,we may create a distinctive local government performance management mode and improve the efficiency of government governance.
