摘要
试验探讨甘草、淫羊藿、银杏、党参和黄芪(简称GYYDH)组方对鸡脾淋巴细胞免疫功能的影响。试验选用1日龄海兰褐鸡雏150只,设空白组、阳性组、20 g/L GYYDH组、40 g/L GYYDH组和80 g/L GYYDH组。阳性组饮水中加入左旋咪唑(50 mg/L),20 g/L GYYDH组、40 g/L GYYDH组和80 g/L GYYDH组在饮水中加入GYYDH(分别为20、40和80 g/L)。试验期28 d。结果显示,GYYDH能够提高脾指数,诱导脾淋巴细胞增殖,刺激脾淋巴细胞IFN-γ和IL-4的分泌,上调脾淋巴细胞IFN-γ和IL-4 mRNA表达水平。研究表明GYYDH组方能够提高鸡脾淋巴细胞的免疫功能。
To investigate the effect of licorice,Herba epimedii,Ginkgo,Codonopsis pilosula and Astragalus mongholicus(referred to as GYYDH)formula on the immune function of spleen lymphocytes in chicken,the study used 150 one-dayold newly born highland brown chicken to set up blank group,positive group and 20,40,80 g/L GYYDH group.Add levamisole(50 mg/L)to the positive control group.Add drinking water containing GYYDH(20,40 and 80 g/L respectively)to 20 g/L GYYDH group,40 g/L GYYDH group and 80 g/L GYYDH group.The trial period is 28 d.As a result,GYYDH enhanced the spleen index,induced proliferation of splenic lymphocytes,stimulated the IFN-γand IL-4 secretion of splenic lymphocytes and upregulate the mRNA expression level of IFN-γand IL-4 of splenic lymphocytes.The results showed that the GYYDH formula improved the immune function of chicken spleen lymphocytes.
