无抗富硒鸡蛋的营养方案与效果 被引量:1

The feed nutrition scheme and the effect of producing antibiotic-free and selenium-rich eggs

摘要 添加包被微量元素、酶制剂、微生物及有机硒的饲粮,饲喂12000羽17~78周龄海兰褐蛋鸡,测定其产蛋率、蛋品质、蛋中总硒含量及绿色食品鸡蛋项目指标。结果表明:1)24~46周龄平均产蛋率达到海兰褐商品代蛋鸡饲养标准,47~78周龄平均产蛋率显著高于饲养标准(P<0.05),尤其是50周龄后的产蛋率下降缓慢,母鸡淘汰日龄可延迟7周以上。2)在饲料中添加无机硒0.3 mg/kg基础上,连续饲喂有机硒(0.3 mg/kg)30 d后,鸡蛋中总硒含量可达0.34 mg/kg以上,达到富硒禽蛋标准;停止饲喂15 d后,蛋中总硒含量大幅下降。3)蛋品质指标接近饲养标准,鸡蛋质量达到绿色食品标准。由此可见,采用本文饲料营养方案,可以达到生产无抗富硒鸡蛋的效果。 12,000 Hy-Line laying hens aged 17~78 weeks were fed a diet supplemented with coated trace minerals,enzymes,micro-organisms and organic selenium,the egg yield,egg quality,total selenium content in eggs and green food egg indexes were determined.The results showed that:1)The average laying rate of 24~46 weeks reached the feeding standard of Hy-Line laying hens,and the average laying rate of 47~78 weeks was significantly higher than the feeding standard(P<0.05),especially the average laying rate decreased slowly after 50 weeks of age,and the elimination age of hens could be delayed by more than 7 weeks.2)On the basis of supplementing 0.3 mg/kg inorganic selenium into the feed and continuously feeding organic selenium(0.3 mg/kg)for 30 days,the total selenium content in eggs can reach more than 0.34 mg/kg,reaching the level of selenium-rich eggs;After 15 days of discontinuation of feeding,the total selenium content in eggs decreased significantly.3)The egg quality was close to the feeding standard,and the egg quality met the green food standard.Thus,adopting the feed nutrition scheme in this paper can achieve the effect of producing antibiotic-free and selenium-rich eggs.
