高职学生职业核心素养培养体系优化的四维径路 被引量:25

The Four-Dimensional Path to Optimize Training System of Higher Vocational Students’Key Vocational Qualities

摘要 通过教育调查发现,高职学生职业核心素养培养总体上具有较好的成效,但也存在"重观念轻设计"目标割裂的问题、"重传授轻应用"理实脱节的问题。综合考虑高职人才培养模式与职业核心素养结构,提出高职学生职业核心素养培养体系优化的路径和方法,即:培养目标"嵌"素养,优化目标体系;课程教学"练"素养,优化内容体系;实践活动"攒"素养,优化服务体系;质量监控"验"素养,优化评价体系。 Through educational investigation,it is found that the cultivation of vocational core quality of higher vocational students has a good effect on the whole.However,there are still some problems such as the separation of the goal of"emphasizing idea over design"and the disjunction of the principle and reality of"emphasizing imparting knowledge over application".Comprehensively considering the training mode of higher vocational talents and the structure of vocational core quality,this paper puts forward the path and method of optimizing the training system of vocational core quality for higher vocational students,that is,cultivating target"embedded"quality,optimizing target system,course teaching"training"quality,optimize the content system;practical activities"accumulate"literacy,optimize the service system;quality monitoring"test"literacy,optimize the evaluation system.
