摘要
人才是我国从“制造大国”向“制造强国”跨越的重要支撑,文章全面分析德国、英国、日本、美国等制造业发达国家制造业人才培养经验,并总结凝练当前制造业发展的新趋势。对标制造业强国,当前广东制造业人才队伍仍面临“大而不强”的发展瓶颈,并提出从精准引进高端人才、加强产学研合作、畅通技能人才发展通道、打造产才融合发展平台、促进行业组织发展等5个方面促进制造业人才结构优化提升。
Talent is an important support for our country to leap from a''manufacturing power"to a"manufacturing power".The article comprehensively analyzes the experience of manufacturing talents in manufacturing in developed countries such as Germany,the United Kingdom,Japan,and the United States,and summarizes and condenses the new trends of the current manufacturing industry.Benchmarking a strong manufacturing country,the current Guangdong manufacturing talent team is still facing the development bottleneck of"big but not strong".It is proposed to accurately introduce high-end talents,strengthen industry-university-research cooperation,unblock the development channels of skilled talents,create a platform for the integration of production and talent,and promote Five aspects,including the development of industry organizations,promote the optimization and improvement of the talent structure of the manufacturing industry.
