摘要
目的探讨羧甲基纤维素钠联合杞菊地黄丸治疗白内障术后干眼病患者的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月~2018年9月在我院治疗的106例白内障术后干眼病患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各53例。对照组采取羧甲基纤维素钠滴眼液滴眼,观察组采取羧甲基纤维素钠联合杞菊地黄丸治疗。1个月后比较两组患者的治疗效果。观察指标包括泪膜破裂时间、泪液基础分泌实验、角膜荧光素染色实验、眼部感受评分和康复效果。结果观察组泪液基础分泌实验测量长度大于对照组,角膜荧光素染色实验评分低于对照组,眼部感受评分低于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论羧甲基纤维素钠与杞菊地黄丸联合用药治疗,可有效提高白内障术后干眼病患者的康复效果。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose combined with Qiju Dihuang pills in the treatment of dry eye patients after cataract surgery.Methods A total of 106 patients with dry eye after cataract surgery treated in our hospital from January 2017 to September 2018 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to a random number table,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sodium carboxymethyl cellulose eye drops,while the observation group was treated with sodium carboxymethyl cellulose combined with Qiju Dihuang pills.One month later,the therapeutic efficacy of the two groups were compared.Tear film fracture time,Schirmer I test(SIt),cornea fluorescein staining(CFS)test,eye sensation score and rehabilitation efficacy were included as the observation indexes.Results The length of SIt in the observation group was longer than that in the control group,CFS test score was lower than that in the control group,eye sensation score was lower than that in the control group,and the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose combined with Qiju Dihuang pills can effectively improve the rehabilitation efficacy in patients with dry eye after cataract surgery.
