摘要
目的探究白内障超声乳化摘除术后干眼症患者采用羧甲基纤维素钠滴眼液治疗的作用。方法选择北京市顺义区医院在2020年1—12月期间就诊的80例白内障超声乳化摘除术后干眼症患者作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为两组,各40例,对照组术后常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上提供羧甲基纤维素钠滴眼液治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组干眼症症状评分,包括灼烧感(0.65±0.12)分、异物感(0.65±0.12)分、干涩感(0.54±0.12)分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=11.043、25.742、31.295,P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率(95.00%)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组白介素-1β(39.88±6.76)ng/mL、白介素-6(982.52±111.41)pg/mL、肿瘤坏死因子-α(156.65±19.09)pg/mL低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组泪膜破裂时间(11.54±2.12)s、泪液分泌长度(9.43±1.42)mm长于对照组,角膜荧光素染色评分(0.51±0.11)分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论白内障超声乳化摘除术后干眼症患者采用羧甲基纤维素钠滴眼液治疗的效果显著。
Objective To explore the effect of Carboxymethylcellulose sodium eye drops on dry eye patients after phacoemulsification.Methods A total of 80 patients with dry eye syndrome after phacoemulsification were selected fas the study subjects rom Beijing Shunyi District Hospital from January to December 2020.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups,40 cases each group.The control group received conventional treatment after operation,and the observation group received Carboxymethylcellulose sodium eye drops on the basis of conventional treatment.The treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The symptom scores of dry eye syndrome in the observation group,including burning sensation(0.65±0.12)points,foreign body sensation(0.65±0.12)points,and dryness sensation(0.54±0.12)points,were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=11.043,25.742,31.295,P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(95.00%)was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Interleukin-1β(39.88±6.76)ng/mL,interleukin-6(982.52±111.41)pg/mL,tumor necrosis factor-α(156.65±19.09)pg/mL in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The tear film rupture time(11.54±2.12)s and tear secretion length(9.43±1.42)mm in the observation group were longer than those in the control group,and the corneal fluorescence staining score(0.51±0.11)points was lower than that in the control group,,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Carboxymethylcellulose sodium eye drops on patients with dry eye after phacoemulsification is significant.
