摘要
目的探讨整形修复在治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎中的临床应用效果。方法回顾性分析2016年1月-2018年4月收治的78例浆细胞性乳腺炎患者的病例,随机分为研究组和对照组。研究组应用整形修复技术修复术中缺损残腔,对照组采用传统手术切除病灶,评价两组术后治疗效果及美容效果。结果两组患者术后随访2~26个月,研究组术后37例临床愈合,2例(5.1%)复发,对照组术后13例(33.3%)复发,研究组术后复发率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组38例(97.4%)乳房美学评价为优良,对照组19例(48.7%)乳房美学评价为优良,研究组乳房美学优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论整形修复技术应用于浆细胞性乳腺炎能更彻底切除病变组织,降低术后复发率,获得令患者满意的美容效果,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore plastic repair effect of clinical application in treatment of plasma cell mastitis.Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on 78 patients with plasma cell mastitis admitted from January 2016 to April 2018,who were randomly divided into study group and control group.In the study group,plastic surgery was used to repair the defect and residual lumen during the operation,while in the control group,the lesions were removed by traditional surgery.Results The 2 groups were followed up for 2 to26 months after surgery.The postoperative recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the cosmetic effect of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion It is safe and feasible to apply plastic and repair technology to the surgical treatment of plasma cell mastitis.The application of plastic and repair technology to repair the surgical residual cavity can more completely remove the diseased tissue,reduce the postoperative recurrence rate,and obtain satisfactory cosmetic effect for patients,which is worthy of promotion and application.
