摘要
目的:探讨浆细胞性乳腺炎手术的技巧和疗效。方法:2000年～2005年收治浆细胞性乳腺炎患者84例,全部应用改进手术技巧的手术方式治疗,观察其术后愈合及18个月内复发情况。结果:78例(占92.8%)患者伤口一期愈合,4例(占4.7%)患者伤口二期缝合后愈合,2例(占2.4%)患者在手术后伤口不能愈合,行单纯乳腺切除术。随访中两例患者分别于半年、一年时间复发,再次手术后治愈。结论:浆细胞性乳腺炎改进手术技巧的手术方式应用疗效满意。
Objective： To evaluate the therapeutic effect of plasma cell mammitis in 84 patients. Methods： Retrospective review was carried out in 84 patients with plasma cell mammitis from 2000 to 2005. All patients received operation by improved technique , the healing of wound and the recurrence during 18 months after operation were obersved. Results： There was primary wound healing in 78 patients （92.8%）, 4 patients healed after secondary suture and 2 patients received mastectomy because of faiture of the wound to heal. Two patients recurred after half a year and one year, respectively, and were cured after second operation. Conlusion： The therapy of plasma cell mastitis was effective by modified operation.
