摘要
目的：探讨肉芽肿性乳腺炎的综合治疗及整形修复效果。方法：将2012年3月—2015年12月收治的48例肿块型肉芽肿性乳腺炎,随机分为观察组和对照组各24例,观察组采用肾上腺皮质激素联合中药综合治疗,待肿块缩小后采用炎性肿块扩大切除术并整形修复术腔,对照组采用肾上腺皮质激素治疗后实施传统炎性肿块切除术,并评价术前治疗天数、术后复发率及美容效果。结果：观察组术前平均治疗天数（12.29±2.01）天,低于对照组（15.62±2.85）天,P〈0.05;术后随访6-8个月,观察组局部复发率低于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组乳房美容效果优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：联合中药方剂缩短术前治疗时间,依赖整形技术塑形腺体,更彻底清除病变组织,降低术后复发率,改善术后美容效果。
objective： To study the effect of comprehensive therapy and plastic surgical repair of granulomatous mastitis. Methods：Choose self hospital from January 2012 to december 2015,48 cases of granulomatous mastitis patients were randomly divided into 2groups,the observation group of 24 cases applied in the adrenocortical hormone combined traditional Chinese medicine therapy and plastic surgical treatment to repair the residual cavity,the other 24 cases were treated by adrenocortical hormone and raditional inflammatory tumor resection,the clinical data were analyzed. Results： The preoperative average day between two groups was different（P〈0. 05）; postoperative follow-up of 6 to 8 months,the breast cosmetic effect of the observation group is better than control group,has lower local recurrence rate than control group. Conclusion： The adrenocortical hormone combined traditional Chinese medicine therapy could shorten the preoperative time,the plastic technology repair residual cavity could improve cosmetic effect,and reduce local recurrence rate.
