摘要
通为研究不同精粗比全混合日粮饲喂技术对泌乳新疆褐牛生产性能的影响,根据新疆褐牛泌乳母牛营养需要量,针对泌乳期设计A组(4060)、B组(5050)、C组(6040)和D组(7030)4种不同精粗料比例全混合日粮配方,选择体重、泌乳量相近的健康新疆褐牛泌乳母牛24头,分成4组,每组6头;试验期内测定采食情况、产奶量、乳成分和采食行为。结果显示,随着全混合日粮精粗比提高,各组间干物质采食量、体况评分差异不显著(P>0.05),产奶量C和D组高于A和B租(P<0.05),但乳脂率、乳蛋白含量显著低于A和B组(P<0.05),A组干物质高于D组(P<0.01);各组间采食时间差异不显著(P>0.05),反刍时间A和B组高于D组(P<0.05)。结果表明,全混合日粮饲喂泌乳新疆褐牛,随精料比例提高可增加产奶量,但会降低乳脂率、乳蛋白和干物质,对采食时间无影响,减少反刍时间;精粗比为5050时,既能体现新疆褐牛乳脂率,乳蛋白、干物质高品种特色,又能保证较高的产奶量。
In order to study the effects of different concentrate to roughage ratio on the performance of Xinjiang Brown Cattle,four kinds of total mixed diets with different concentrate and roughage ratios were designed for lactation period according to the nutritional requirements of Xinjiang Brown Cows,including group A(40:60),group B(50:50),group C(60:40)and group D(70:30),24 healthy cows with similar milk yield were divided into 4 groups with 6 cows in each group.The results showed that with the increase of concentrate to roughage ratio,there were no significant differences in dry matter intake and body condition score among groups(P>0.05),milk yield in groups C and D was higher than that in groups A and B(P<0.05),but the milk fat rate and milk protein content were significantly lower than those in groups A and B(P<0.05),and dry matter quality in group A was higher than that in group D(P<0.01);there was no significant difference in feed intake time between groups(P>0.05),and rumination time in group A was not significant(P>0.05).And group B was higher than group D(P<0.05).The results showed that the milk yield of Xinjiang Brown Cattle could be increased with the concentrate ratio,but the milk fat rate,milk protein and dry matter were decreased,and the feeding time was not affected,and the rumination time was reduced.When the concentrate to forage ratio was 50:50,it could not only reflect the characteristics of Xinjiang Brown Cattle,but also ensure high milk yield.
