塔里木马鹿、卡拉库尔羊和新疆褐牛对高纤维日粮的消化特性比较研究 被引量:2

Comparative study on digestion characteristics of high fiber diet for Tarim wapiti deer,Karakur sheep and Xinjiang brown cattle

摘要 本试验旨在研究塔里木马鹿、卡拉库尔羊和新疆褐牛对高纤维日粮的消化率及瘤胃液中纤维降解酶活性,以期为塔里木马鹿对高纤维日粮的消化特性提供理论依据。试验选取体况良好装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的塔里木马鹿、新疆褐牛各3头和卡拉库尔羊3只,饲喂同一日粮,预试期14 d,正试期6 d,测定瘤胃液中纤维降解酶活性和中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、粗蛋白(CP)、有机物(OM)。结果表明:塔里木马鹿对饲料中CP、ADF、NDF和OM的消化率显著高于卡拉库尔羊(P<0.05)并极显著高于新疆褐牛(P<0.01);塔里木马鹿羧甲基纤维素酶浓度极显著高于卡拉库尔羊和新疆褐牛(P<0.01),木聚糖酶浓度显著高于新疆褐牛和卡拉库尔羊(P<0.05);虽然塔里木马鹿微晶纤维素酶和纤维二糖酶浓度较高,但组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。由此可见,塔里木马鹿具有比卡拉库尔羊和新疆褐牛更强的消化率及消化酶活性。 This experiment was conducted to study the digestibility of high fiber diet and the activity of fiber degrading enzymes in rumen fluid for Tarim wapiti deer,Karakur sheep and Xinjiang brown cattle,in order to provide a theoretical basis on the digestive characteristics of high fiber diet of Tarim wapiti deer.Three Tarim wapiti deer,Karakor sheep and Xinjiang brown cattle with perma-nent rumen fistula in good health were selected in the experiment.The same diet was used for 14 d in the pre-test period and 6 d in the positive test period.The activity of fiber degrading enzymes and neutral detergent fiber(NDF),acid detergent fiber(ADF),crude protein(CP)and organic matter(OM)in rumen fluid were determined.The results showed that the digestibility of CP,ADF,NDF and OM in feed of Tarim wapiti deer was significantly higher than that of Karakor sheep(P<0.05)and Xinjiang brown cattle(P<0.01). The concentration of carboxymethyl cellulase in Tarim wapiti deer was significantly higher than that in Karakor sheep and Xinjiang brown cattle (P<0.01), and the concentration of xylanase was significantly higher than that in Xinjiang brown cattle and Karakor sheep (P<0.05). Although the concentrations of microcrystalline cellulose and cellobiase were high, there was no significant difference between groups (P>0.05). It can be seen that the Tarim wapiti deer had higher digestibility and digestive enzyme activity than the Karakor sheep and Xinjiang brown cattle.
