摘要
核医学作为现代医学中的一个重要分支,随着核医学设备、技术和放射性药物的飞速发展,其在分子影像领域所占的比重越来越大,但核医学人才的缺口也正在逐渐增大,这与传统教学模式不能提高本科生和临床规培学员的兴趣导致人才基础坍塌有一定关系,传统教学是以教师宣讲、学生被动吸收知识为主的模式,导致学生思维僵硬、创新不足,而像PBL、CBL等新型教学模式以学生为中心、教师为引导,教学方法灵活多变,针对性更强,能够更好的发挥学生的主观能动性,从而大大提高教学质量。文章就目前核医学教育存在的问题及教学模式的现状进行总结并比较现有模式的优劣。
As an important branch of morden medicine,the rapid development of nuclear medicine equipment,technology and radiopharmaceutical make the more and more big ratio of nuclear medicine in the field of molecular imaging.But nuclear medicine also has a growing demand for professionals.Which maybe related to the collapse of talent resource caused by the failure of traditional mode to raise up the interest of undergraduate and clinical trainees.Traditional teaching mode is based on teachers speaking and students passive absorption of knowledge,which causes the students thought stiffness and lack of innovation.While the new teaching modes,such as the PBL and CBL,center on students and teachers as the guide.These methods are flexible and more targeted,and can better exert students’subjective initiative for greatly improving the teaching quality.This paper mainly summarizes the existing problems in nuclear medicine education and analyzes the situation of existing teaching modes.
