螺杆式空压机变频节能联合控制及应用研究 被引量:6

摘要 为降低设备能耗和维护成本,提高生产效率,通过对两台不同型号的螺杆式空气压缩机实施“一控二”的变频节能联合控制方案,采用独立外挂式变频控制系统与原有的空气压缩机组的电气控制系统紧密结合,同时结合PLC与变频器实现变频恒压供气;该方案设有变频和工频状态的两套控制回路,两个系统可自由切换,既能够实现分时控制,也能实现变频、工频的实时转换以及两套设备同时运行,以实现较大范围的供气量的调节;对改造前后能耗进行对比分析和计算结果表明:满负荷生产后每年可节约电量为6.1×105 kW·h,累计节约金额50多万元,按生产件数计算,每件共节约0.07 kW·h,节约效果明显;这种变频联合控制技术改造具有较大的推广价值,有一定的借鉴作用。 In order to reduce the energy consumption and maintenance cost of the equipment and improve the production efficiency,the"one control two"joint comprehensive control scheme of frequency conversion and energy saving is implemented for two different types of screw air compressors.The independent external frequency conversion control system is closely combined with the electrical control system of the original air compressor unit,and the frequency conversion and constant pressure gas supply are realized by combining PLC and frequency converter.The scheme is equipped with two sets of control loops in frequency conversion and power frequency state.The two systems can realize free switching,which can not only realize time-sharing control,but also realize frequency conversion and power frequency dual-mode switching,as well as two sets of equipment running at the same time,so as to realize the adjustment of gas supply in a large range.The comparative analysis and calculation results of the energy consumption before and after the transformation show that about 490000 degree electric of electricity can be saved each year,and the accumulated saving amount is more than 500000 yuan.According to the calculation of the number of production pieces,0.07 degree electric of electricity can be saved for each piece,and the saving effect is obvious.The technical transformation of the frequency conversion joint control has a great promotion value and a certain reference value.
