摘要
通过理论推导,分析了吸气压力对非固定容积比和固定容积比压缩机的压缩功率的影响,并提出了节流调节在不同类型压缩机的适用条件,为节流调节在工艺无油螺杆压缩机的应用提供了理论依据。
The effect of suction pressure on the compression power of unbuilt-in and built-in volume ratio of compressor was analyzed through theoretical deducing. The applicable conditions of throttling were pointed out for the energy-saving control of different types of compressors. The result provides a theory base for the application of throttling in the process oil-free screw compressors.
