摘要
以ESV45螺杆空压机为研究对象,分析了螺杆空压机的工作原理及结构特点,对空压机进行了能耗分析,阐述了变频技术在螺杆压缩机中的变频原理,比较了工频与变频螺杆空压机的性能,计算了变频改造后的节能效果。研究表明,在空压机中使用变频技术能使设备稳定运行,节能效果明显,同时为用户带来显著的收益。
Using the ESV45 screw air compressor as the research object,This paper analyzes energy consumption ,Working principle and structural characteristics of air compressor,expounds the frequency conversion principle of frequency conversion technology in the screw compressor,CoMPares the performance of normal screw air compressor to frequency conversion of screw air compressor ,calculates the energy saving effect after the frequency conversion renovation,.The study has shown that the use of frequency conversion technology in air compressor can make the equipment operating stably,and the energy saving effect is obvious.At the same time,it also can bring significant benefits to user.
