摘要
战略性人力资源是人力资源理论体系中的关键部分。企业要取得良好的发展,就需要重视人力资源的问题。随着时代的发展,越来越多的高新技术人才迈进社会,很多企业在人力资源管理的问题上也有了关于战略性人力资源管理方面问题的相关研究,加大了投入力度。论文针对不同结构框架的企业人力资源管理问题进行了分析,探究在企业的发展中战略性人力资源管理活动如何为企业创造更高的效益,为战略性人力资源管理提供合理性的建议。
Strategic human resources is a key part of the human resources theory system.In order to achieve good development,enterprises need to pay attention to the problem of human resources.With the development of the times,more and more high-tech talents are stepping into the society.Many enterprises have made relevant researches on the strategic human resources management and increased their investment.This paper analyzes the human resources management of enterprises with different structural frames,explores how strategic human resources management activities in the development of enterprises can create higher benefits for enterprises,and provides reasonable suggestions for strategic human resources management.
