摘要
目的:挖掘文献资料,探讨中医药治疗膝关节滑膜炎的药物使用规律。方法:搜索中国知网(CNKI)、维普(Vip)、万方数据库(Wanfang)2000年1月至2018年1月发表的中医药治疗膝关节滑膜炎的所有文献,筛选出数据完整且疗效确切的处方,并基于关联规则算法以及复杂系统熵聚类方法,利用中医传承辅助平台V2.5软件对筛选的文献数据进行分析,以期得悉处方中各种药物的性味归经、使用频次以及药物之间的关联规则。结果:治疗膝滑膜炎常用的中药以归肝、脾、肾经的活血化瘀、消肿生肌及清热燥湿药为主;药性以温、平、凉,药味以苦、辛、甘的药物使用最为频繁;使用频次最多的3种药物依次为牛膝、红花、当归。结论:基于关联规则算法以及复杂系统熵聚类方法的中医药治疗膝关节滑膜炎的用药规律与祖国医学对此病的认识相符,可为临床更好地治疗膝关节滑膜炎提供参考。
Objective: To discuss the rules of medication use of TCM in the treatment of synovitis of knee joint through unearthing the literature. Methods: All the papers of herbs in the treatment of synovitis of knee joints published in the journals were search in CNKI, VIP and Wanfang from January, 2000 to January, 2018, the prescription with complete data and definite effects were screened, and the literature were unearthed based on the association rules algorithm and entropy clustering of complex systems using TCMISS software V2.5, in the wish of obtaining the nature, flavour and the entering meridians, frequency of usage of the herbs and association rules between herbs in the prescription. Results: The herbs of treating synovitis of knee were of activating blood and eliminating blood stasis,relieving edema and promoting granulation, clearing heat and drying dampness mainly, which entered the meridians of liver, spleen and kidney;warm, mild and cold nature, bitter, pungent and sweet flavor herbs were used frequently;three kinds of herbs frequently used were Niuxi(Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix), Honghua(Carthami Flos) and Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix). Conclusion: Administration rules of TCM in the treatment of synovitis of knee joint based on the association rules algorithm and entropy clustering of complex systems conform to the understanding of the disease in national medicine, which could provide clinical reference for treating synovitis of knee joint well.
