摘要
目的观察针灸联合臭氧治疗膝关节滑膜炎的近期临床疗效。方法将140例膝关节滑膜炎患者随机分为对照组与观察组,每组各70例。观察组采用针灸+臭氧关节腔注射进行治疗,对照组采用曲安奈德+利多卡因关节内注射进行治疗。2组完成规定疗程治疗后进行疗效评定。结果观察组总有效率88.6%,高于对照组总有效率75.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后疼痛程度均有改善,但观察组疼痛VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺合臭氧治疗膝关节滑膜炎,效果肯定。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with ozone in the treatment of gonarthromeningitis after the short-term.Methods 140 patients of gonarthromeningitis were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 70 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with acupuncture and ozone intra-articular injection,and the control group was treated with Triamcinolone Acetonide and lidocaine intra-articular injection.Finally,the curative effect of the two groups after the prescribed course of treatment was evaluated.Results The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 89%and 76%respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical symptoms of the two groups were improved after treatment,and the VAS score of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with ozone in treatment of gonarthromeningitis has significant curative effect.
