电子行业产污特征及产污量核算方法探讨 被引量:2

摘要 电子行业是典型离散型行业,通过分析其污染源生产工艺特点及其产污特征,解析了产污量的核算过程及方法,提出以产污工段为基本核算单元的理论,通过准确识别、分类并组合产生污染的生产工序,从行业污染源全生产过程进行分析,系统地梳理了行业重点产污工段和重点污染物;研究确定了产污系数指标体系,通过对代表性污染源产污工段进行调查与监测,或模拟产污模型的研究,取得产污量与关键生产性指标的数学关系指数——产污系数;根据工段关键生产性指标、产污特征及产污系数分别核算各工段产污量,再累积加和取得污染源的总产污量。该核算方法存在一定的不确定性因素,实际应用时应给予考虑,以减少核算结果的不确定性。 Electronic industry is a typical discrete industry.This work analyzed it’s production process characteristics and pollutant production characteristics of pollution sources.The accounting process and method of pollutant production quantity were also analyzed.The theory of taking pollutant production section as the basic accounting unit was proposed.Based on analyzing the whole production process of industry pollution sources,the key pollutant production sections and their main pollutants in the industry were systematically combed through accurate identification,classification and combination of pollutant production procedures.The index system of pollutant production coefficient was studied and finally determined.By investigating and monitoring the representative pollutant production section or pollutant production model,the mathematical relationship index between pollutant production amount and the key production factor,i.e.,pollutant production coefficient was obtained.Pollutant production amount of each section in the pollution source was calculated respectively,according to the key production factor of the section,the pollutant production characteristics and the pollutant production coefficient.The total pollutant production amount of the pollution source was finally obtained by summing up each section amount.There are some uncertainty factors in this accounting method,which should be considered in practical application in order to reduce the uncertainty of accounting results.
