摘要
“二拖一”燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组具有能量梯级利用及电-热耦合的特性,2台燃气轮机与汽轮机的协调运行是提升联合循环经济性的关键。通过分析各元件输入输出关系建立电能与热能耦合关系矩阵,量化分析联合循环机组的多能流耦合关系。根据电功率与热功率的输出占比估计发电气耗及供热气耗,获得符合能流耦合规律的气耗估计方法。进一步基于最小二乘法对非线性的能量转换效率进行拟合,以经济性为目标建立负荷最优分配模型。通过京桥热电实际数据进行仿真分析,验证了所提方法的有效性。
The"two to one"gas steam combined cycle unit has the characteristics of energy cascade utilization and electric thermal coupling.The coordinated operation of two gas turbines and a steam turbine is the key to improving the economy of the combined cycle.The article establishes a coupling relationship matrix between electrical energy and thermal energy by analyzing the input-output relationships of various components,and quantitatively analyzes the multi-energy flow coupling relationship of combined cycle units.Estimate the gas consumption for power generation and heating based on the output ratio of electric power and thermal power,and obtain a gas consumption estimation method that conforms to the law of energy flow coupling.Further fitting the nonlinear energy conversion efficiency based on the least squares method,and establishing an optimal load allocation model with economic objectives.The effectiveness of the proposed method was verified through simulation analysis using actual data from Jingqiao Thermal Power.
