摘要
病理学是基础医学、临床医学之间的桥梁,在医学生教育体系中起着承上启下的作用。尸体解剖为病理学教学、学习过程中的重要手段和方法之一。以问题为导向的学习(Problem-based Learning,PBL)作为传递知识的一种新的学习方法,它对传统的教学方法有较大的影响。新例教学法(Case-based Learning,CBL)是近年来流行的一种行之有效的启发式教学方法。本研究拟以实际工作中涉及的医疗纠纷、民事纠纷和刑事案件的病理解剖为基础,通过具体案例以及相关有待解决的实际问题,探讨病理解剖"PBL+CBL"联合教学法在病理学实验教学中的应用价值。
Pathology,a bridge discipline between basic medicine and clinical medicine,plays a connecting role in medical students’education system.PBL(problem-based learning)as a new learning method has great influence on traditional teaching methods,and CBL(Case-based Learning)teaching method is also an effective heuristic teaching method popular in recent years.Based on pathological anatomy involving medical disputes,civil issues and even criminal cases in routine work,this study intends to explore the application value of a new teaching method combined PBL and CBL,which takes students as the center and teachers as the guide.
