摘要 为满足当代应急通信系统多样化需求,通过通信方式、基础网络生存能力、覆盖范围及传输速率等方面的调研,文章对数字微波、自组网、4G小基站和便携式集成基站系统进行研究,提出了多频段异构组网的应急通信架构,结合方案中涉及的关键模块,设计了自然灾害和输电线路抢修等典型电力应急场景的保障方案。文章从实际应用角度给出了一种可快速搭建、多级指挥、天地一体的应急通信保障解决方案,以满足未来电力应急通信保障的更高要求,具备一定的推广价值。 In order to meet the diversified demands for power emergency communication,through the investigations of communication methods,basic network survivability,coverage and transmission rate,this paper studies the digital microwave,Ad hoc networks,4G small base stations and portable integrated base station systems,then proposes a multi-band heterogeneous networking emergency communication architecture.Based on the principle of key modules,a support scheme for typical power emergency scenarios such as natural disaster and transmission line repair is designed.From the practical application point of view,this paper gives a kind of emergency communication support solution which can be quickly built,with multi-level command and space-earth integration,so as to meet the higher requirements of future power emergency communication support,which has certain promotion value.
