摘要
阐述北斗卫星导航在应急通信中的作用,利用数据库、地理信息系统、北斗通信模块构建更加完整的技术应用平台,满足应急通信、海上船舶监控、海上救援、气象站盲区的应急通信需求。
This paper describes the role of Beidou satellite navigation in emergency communication,and uses database,geographic information system,and Beidou communication module to build a more complete technical application platform to meet the emergency communication needs of emergency communication,marine ship monitoring,maritime rescue,and weather station blind area.
