摘要
针对电力应急通信的现场应用需求,提出了基于LTE技术的应急通信系统网络架构,分析了与应急通信业务密切相关的主要关键技术,最后利用单基站无线实验网测试了语音、视频业务的承载能力与实时性。实验表明,LTE宽带无线通信系统能够很好地满足电力应急通信的业务需求。
According to the requirements of electric power emergency communication applications, this paper presents the network architecture of emergency communication system based on the LTE (long term evolution) technology, and the main technologies related to the emergency communications are analyzed. Finally, the bearing capacity of the voices & video services and real-time performance of the system is tested with the single base station wireless network. The test result shows that the LTE broadband wireless communication system can well meet the requirements of the electric power emergency communication.
