摘要
目的探究益气活血汤联合西药治疗慢性心力衰竭气虚血瘀证的临床疗效。方法选取2017年8月至2019年7月本院收治的86例慢性心力衰竭气虚血瘀证患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各43例。对照组行西医治疗,观察组在西药基础上联合益气活血汤治疗。对比两组临床疗效,治疗前后中医证候积分及心功能各指标水平。结果对照组总有效率为76.74%,低于观察组的93.02%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前中医证候积分及心功能指标水平比较差异无统计学意义,治疗后,对照组中医证候积分(17.42±6.04)分、LVEDD(52.19±6.84)mm、LVEDS(43.39±10.57)mm、血浆BNP水平(512.68±125.14)pg/mL均高于观察组(13.22±5.41)分、(45.72±6.51)mm、(37.82±10.62)mm、(346.51±90.38)pg/mL,对照组LVEF水平为(46.67±10.23)%,低于观察组的(53.36±10.84)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论西药治疗联合益气活血汤治疗慢性心力衰竭气虚血瘀证可改善患者临床症状及心功能各指标,利于促进预后恢复,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic heart failure with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods 86 patients with chronic heart failure and qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome admitted to our hospital from August 2008 to July 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Yiqi Huoxue Decoction on the basis of western medicine.The clinical efficacy,the TCM syndrome scores and cardiac function indexes before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the control group was 76.74%,which was lower than that of the observation group(93.02%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of TCM syndromes and cardiac function between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the control group was(17.42±6.04)scores,LVEDD was(52.19±6.84)mm,LVEDS was(43.39±10.57)mm,and plasma BNP level was(512.68±125.14)pg/mL,all higher than the observation group(13.22±5.41)scores,(45.72±6.51)mm,(37.82±10.62)mm,(346.51±90.38)pg/mL,LVEF level in control group was(46.67±10.23)%,lower than the observation group(53.36±10.84)%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Western medicine combined with Yiqi Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of chronic heart failure with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome can improve the clinical symptoms and cardiac function of patients,which is conducive to promoting prognosis recovery and worthy of popularization and application.
