摘要
伴随着经济水平的日益提高,社会及公民越来越注重食品安全与质量,需要检验部门严格控制食品检验的质量管理与细节,采取科学的检验检测方式保障食品安全。本文详细阐述了食品检测取样办法、食品检验检测基本方式、食品质量管理及细节。
With the increasing economic level,the society and citizens pay more and more attention to food safety and quality.It is necessary for the inspection department to strictly control the quality management and details of food inspection and testing,and adopt scientific inspection and testing methods to ensure food safety.This paper testing methods,and then elaborates the sampling methods of food inspection,the basic methods of food inspection and testing,food quality management and details.
