摘要
为了解水冷壁爆管原因,采用宏观形貌分析、金相分析、硬度测量、力学性能试验,对取样管进行了分析,结果表明本次爆管是超温温度低于材料Ac1(727℃)的短时超温爆管,超温与管子内介质流量不足有密切关系。
In order to understand the causes of water-cooled wall tube bursts,the macro morphology analysis,metallographic analysis,hardness measurement,and mechanical performance tests were used to analyze the sampling tubes.The results showed that the explosion was a short-time over temperature explosion with the over temperature lower than AC1(727℃),which was closely related to the insufficient medium flow rate in the tube.
