摘要
本文在讨论钢中碳化物球化的三种途径的基础上,着重讨论了钢经塑性变形后可明显加速片状碳化物在高亚相变温度下球化过程的效果与机理,并提出这种塑性变形和低温快速退火相结合的工艺在生产中的实用意义。
Based on. diseeussing three ways of carbide spheroiditing, this paper emphatically inquires into the effect and mechanism of carbide spheroidizing under high subtransformation temperature, which has been speeded up obviously after ptastic deformation on steel, and points out the practical significance of the technology combined plastic deformation and low temperature high speed annealing in producetion.
