超超临界1000MW机组锅炉水冷壁爆管原因分析 被引量:15

摘要 对某电厂1号锅炉水冷壁爆管试样进行了化学成分、金相组织、硬度、室温拉伸、室温冲击、EDS能谱等试验分析。结果表明,水冷壁爆管属于短时过热爆管。水冷壁管发生堵塞,或者水循环不良等不正常的运行工况是造成水冷壁管瞬时过热爆管的根本原因。此外,水冷壁管超温运行、煤中的腐蚀性硫元素含量偏高、燃烧不充分引起的还原性气氛加速了水冷壁管的失效。建议加强运行监控,控制入炉氧量及煤含硫量,以避免此类爆管问题的发生。 Several tests were performed on the burst tubes of No.1boiler in Huaneng Yuhuan Power Plant,such as chemical composition analysis,metallographic structure examination,hardness test,room temperature tensile test,room temperature impact test and energy disperse spectrum analysis(EDS).The results showed that,the tube burst occurred on water wall resulted from short-term overheating.The abnormal working conditions like blocking in water wall tubes or poor water circulation were considered as the basic reason for instantaneous overheating of the water wall tubes.Besides,the over-temperature running of tubes,high content of corrosive element S in coal and reducing atmosphere due to incomplete combustion accelerated the failure of water wall tubes.In order to avoid the similar tube burst problems,appropriate recommendations such as enhancing the operation monitoring and controlling the oxygen and sulfur content in coal into the furnace were put forward.
